Hi Maria, A customer has advised me that ovestidobrancodacacaw.blogspot.com is using an ORIGINAL (altered) image from Terbear Collectibles as their avatar/logo for Twitter on the internet and blog (and may very well be using it on other sites). This image is almost an exact replication of our Terbear Lovebird design, with minor alterations and is likely to cause confusion in the marketplace. This image is of my bird and used by many of my customers when rights have been paid for. This is an image I personally drew from hand. I have used my Terbear bird design for almost six years. I kindly ask that you cease using my image (on all sites & places that it is appears) as it violates my copyright. My licensing fee, should you wish to continue using my image is $500.00 unlimited use. Credit to the artist must be provided wherever it is to be used. Teri Rubin Terbear Collectibles
